BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR CARAVANS AND COTTAGES
A DEPOSIT OF £70.00 is required on each week booked, half of the remainder to be paid six weeks before your holiday begins and the balance on arrival. A payment of £10.00 per week is required if you want our cancellation plan. This is payable at the time of your booking. If you do not send the £10.00 with your deposit it is not valid. All losses and breakage's must be paid for or replaced before departure. All accommodation not available before 2.30 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.30 AM on the day of departure. EXTRAS: Dogs £17.00 each per week Cots £5.00 each per week High Chair £5.00 each per week Stair Gate £5.00 per week TV included in All accomodation, all Vans have Freeview. DVD Player £10.00 per stay.(must be ordered at time of booking). Dogs must be kept on a lead around Caravans & Cottages. There are plenty of fields where they can be exercised. They are NOT ALLOWED to foul grass by Cottages or Caravans. Dogs must not be left in Caravans or Cottages unattended. IMPORTANT: Please telephone before booking to check vacant dates available. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to visitors property howsoever caused. PLEASE TAKE OUT OUR CANCELLATION PLAN as deposits are not refundable.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE PLAN
Only £10.00 per week or part week booking. We cannot emphasise too strongly the wisdom of taking up this plan. Please note that no refunds of any kind for whatever reason can be entertained for those who choose not to take advantage of these insurance arrangements. Our comprehensive insurance plan covers the whole of your party up to the day before your holiday commences against cancellation due to: (a) Redundancy or Jury Service of a member of the party. (b) Accident, injury, illness or death of a member of the party. We guarantee to return the FULL AMOUNT of Deposit and Balance paid to Parkers Farm under this plan. Please give as much notice as possible and provide the appropriate authoritative document in confirmation for your reason for cancellation, i.e. Doctor's note, Death Certificate, Redundancy notice under the Payments Act 1965. Claims outside the specified reasons for cancellation cannot be entertained. |
