Parkers Farm Devon Holiday Cottages near Ashburton, Newton Abbot & Torbay

As a result of thoughtful and careful planning we have achieved 15 attractive Holiday cottages out of the original farm house and buildings.

The Holiday Cottages are set around a large courtyard with ample car parking areas.

	All Holiday Cottages are fully equiped with full size cookers, microwaves, refrigerators, airing cupboard and colour TV. All you need bring is towels and tea towels as all bed linen is provided, with beds made up for your arrival. A launderette and telephone are provided on the farm close by.

Cottage 4 'Peartree' & Cottage 1 'Cherry Tree'

Two Bedrooms, one double, one with bunk beds, shower room with fully tiled shower. The ground floor offers open plan kitchen and lounge with entrance porch.

Cottage '1' has a small enclosed garden.

Cottage 2 'Apple Blossom'

Has entrance porch, kitchen/diner, lounge, double bedroom with en suite shower room & WC. Upstairs has another double bedroom. Two bunk bedrooms, bathroom & WC.

Cottage 3 'Orchard View' & Cottage 12 'Moonshine'

Have three bedrooms, one double room, one twin room & one bunk room.The ground floor offers open plan kitchen/lounge/diner with a separate WC & shower.

Cottage 12 has a small enclosed garden

Cottage 5 'Plumtree'

Has 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 with bunk beds, 1 single bedroom. The ground floor offers open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with entrance porch. Fully tiled shower with hand basin, WC & bath.

Cottage 6 'The Roundhouse'

Two bedrooms 1 double, 1 with bunk beds, shower room with wash basin, WC and fully tiled shower. Open plan kitchen with Dishwasher/diner/lounge all on 1 floor with entrance porch.

Cottage 7 'Shippen' & Cottage 8 'Elderberry'

These cottages have 2 bedrooms, 1 with double & single & 1 with two single beds, shower and WC on the first floor. The ground floor offers open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with night storage heater and also an entrance porch.

Cottage 9 'Foxglove' (refurbished 2006)

This cottage has 4 bedrooms, 2 double, two 3ft bunks. Bathroom and WC on the first floor. The ground floor offers kitchen with Dishwasher/diner/lounge separate by arches, shower WC & wash basin.

Cottage 10 'The Piggery' & Cottage 11 'Haywain' (refurbished 2006)

These cottages have 3 bedrooms. Split level: Level one: 1 double, 1 3ft bunk, plus lounge. Level 2: 1 double, kitchen/diner with Dishwasher plus tiled shower & WC. Both with enclosed patios. Cottage 11 now has 2 king Size beds.

Cottage 14 'Moonhaze'

Has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin room, there is also a separate shower & WC. Downstairs has an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge and entrance porch with separate WC. There is also a small enclosed garden.

Cottage 15 'Moorview'

Has kitchen/diner/lounge upstairs with views to the moors. The ground floor has 1 double bedroom & separate WC & shower room.

N.B. No discount for 2 people only in Cottage 15 Part week bookings available out of the main season. There is No Smoking in any of the cottages but pets are allowed. All beds are made up ready for you to arrive and relax. ARRIVAL TIME 2.30pm DEPARTURE TIME 9.30am
